Typhoon Haiyan / Yolanda Photos

The recent disaster in the Philippines has left a death toll of approximately 2,500 people (recently corrected by President Benigno Aquino III from 10,000).  However, with that also comes countless injured and lost.  Property damaged and destroyed, people displaced from their homes and just an overall sense of urgency.

Here are some photos of the devastation left by Typhoon Haiyan / Yolanda Via the Atlanic’s In Focus column.
